Trend on Trial: Pet Clothing

Ok, I understand that dogs probably prefer not to wear clothes. I once had a dog who would immediately run and hide under the closest piece of furniture the second I squeezed my “Wake Forest Demon Deacon” sweater over her head. (I chose to think of this as her rebellion against the sweater rather than distaste for the school.)

But, no matter how many times I’ve scoffed at other dog owners’ ridiculous pet...

Look, I’ve seen the photos. I know that Katie Holmes looks ridiculous carrying an Hermès the size of a body bag. I’m not condoning that we all start living like vagabonds with all our worldly possessions strapped to our backs....

Trend on Trial: Color for Fall


I LOVE fall.

I am a little fickle in this matter because as soon as warm weather comes around after months of winter, I have the exact same sentiment. However, there is something about the idea of being able to work with a wardrobe that hasn’t seen the outside of my closet in six months that sounds pretty fantastic right now—especially considering that at this moment I’m wearing the same sun...
