It may seem like a strange time to be talking about spring 2013, especially when we've just rolled out the fall look books and are finally starting to warm up to the idea of wearing boots and knits, despite the insane heat. But Coplon's at Philiips Place is giving us something to get excited about in our wait for next year's warm weather.
On Thursday, August 30, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., and Friday, August 31, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m., the shop will host an Oscar de la Renta trunk show, showcasing the renowned designer's concepts for spring 2013 and Resort Wear.
My favorite takeaway from the Resort collection? Classic combos of black and white with stunning pops of pale pink and royal blue.
Is it sad that I'm longing for a riviera vacay (hey, a girl can dream, right?) next spring when I just returned from my one and only summer getaway? Go easy on me, 2012-2013 work year.
