News Bite: Sweet Lorraine's Bakery opening

Chef/owner Christine Guerriero will open Sweet Lorraine's Bakery (220 East Blvd.) this Friday, July 6. The bakery, named for Guerriero's late mother, Lorraine, will offer French- and Italian-inspired desserts, cookies, pastries, breakfast treats, cakes, tarts, and artisan breads—plus locally roasted coffees.

A grand opening celebration is planned for July 14—check their website and Facebook page for details.
