Roosters' Food and Highland Brews
Looking for a relaxing evening of food and drink? Join Roosters and Highland Brewery on November 3rd at 6:30pm at Roosters in SouthPark. The establishments are coming together for an event to taste Roosters' fall favorites paired with Highland Brews.
The event ($50 per person), offers a three-course meal, with each course paired with different ales. For starters, Highland Brewery will be serving St. Terese Pale Ale, while Rooster’s serves charcuterie with mostarda, pickles and rinds. Next, Roosters will be serving fish and chips with malt vinegar aioli, paired with Kashmir India Pale Ale. The second course, served with Gaelic ale, is sweet potato gnocchi with turkey sugo and spiced nuts. The third course is an espresso crusted wild antelope with chestnut puree and brussel sprouts leaves. Served with this unusual dish is a barrel aged oatmeal porter. For desert, Roosters is creating a pink lady fritter with a pouched apple and mascarpone fondue, served with a Thunderstruck Coffee Porter.
