In an update on its website, LaVecchia's Steaks and Seafood has announced that it has closed after fourteen years in Charlotte. A farewell announcement from owner Nick LaVecchia thanks customers for supporting the restaurant through the years.
Just last year the restaurant had moved from its original location inside the former Seventh Street Station (now 7th Street Public Market) to a space just off the entrance to Hearst Tower.
