Designed by Smallwood Reynolds for Atlanta developer Novare Group, it’s not bad, although the glass and the concrete on this twenty-seven-story condo/apartment blend together. The firm used a generically modernist style. Three bays articulate the front façade, giving it shape and rhythm.
