Oregon Wine Month at Reid's Myers Park
May 6, 2019 to May 19, 2019
09:00 AM until 09:00 PM
This event occurs daily, every 1 day(s).
Join the celebration! Get into Oregon Wine this May because the secret is out:
Oregon is an extraordinary place for wine.
What makes the wines so good? Start with the vines which seem to like Oregon’s combination of soils and climate. Growers and winemakers have climbed a steep learning curve, largely while sharing their expertise with one another.
A COMMUNITY OF SMALL, ARTISAN PRODUCERS
1% of fine wine produced in the U.S. is from Oregon
70 % of Oregon wineries produce fewer than 5,000 cases per year of fine wine
20 % Oregon's share of Wine Spectator's 90+ scores on domestic wine in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018
GUARDIANS OF THE VINE: 47 % of vineyards are certified sustainable
Reid's Fine Foods is joining the celebration by featuring wines from different appellations and vineyards each week, exploring the wonderful expressions of each terroir.
The following wines will be poured as “Special Sip” at both locations. They will be available by the glass or by the bottle at the restaurants or our retail wine store. Cheers!
