Head to the U.S. National Whitewater Center on Friday, January 5, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. for the River’s Edge Craft Dinner series, which will continue Friday evenings through February 9. The five course dinner is created by Executive Chef Michael Rayfield and includes a 6 oz. beer pairing with each course. The event on January 5 will feature beer from Highland Brewing Company. Tickets are $60 per person.
