Because of the smashing success of his namesake and its offspring, Rooster's, Jim Noble has become one of the most recognizable restaurateurs in town. His eponymous spot offers a classic restaurant experience -- great food, excellent service, and a lavish space. It's a simple formula. Noble gets genuinely excited about local, artisanal ingredients, and this menu is full of them. The dishes are not complicated -- think a melding of Southern and European fare -- but they work extremely well.
