Fans of the departed Campania, fret not. Italian dining lives on in Piper Glen. The new place goes for a Tuscan menu with a modernized decor (although that cool, elevated, half-moon bar remains). A rotating crew of chefs, shuttling back and forth from the homeland, turn out well-designed dishes such as an earthy veal scallopine and a standout pappardelle in a wild boar ragout.
