Bruce and Kerry Moffet, the talented brothers who have long manned the kitchen at Barrington's, have a hit on their hands with this cozy small-plates bistro. Kerry cooks here, and with sublime dishes like lamb tagine, garganelli with sausage and tomatoes, and five-spice rubbed pork belly in a steamed bun, he does it very, very well. The atmosphere is very friendly, which can translate to loud.
