Chef Kyle Burke and his wife, Pam Menzel, own this cozy bistro, located in a restored home in downtown Pineville. Sophisticated entrees such as grouper stuffed with crabmeat and rosemary-crusted rack of lamb are certainly tasty, but the excellent first courses (think creamy wild-mushroom soup or melted brie with sweet, caramelized onions on pita bread) and rich final courses (silky chocolate mousse cake or light creme brulee) are what make this place worth the trip.
