Weekends, this Myers Park neighborhood joint can get raucous--but a classy raucous--as it fills with locals out celebrating birthdays, big deals, or just each other. Weekdays, it's a bit more subdued, and the service is smoother. Primo is classic New York Italian with some eccentricities--lamb osso bucco rests comfortably near shrimp and grits. An elegant and elevated bar is a nice spot for a pre-meal cocktail. The decent wine list is a mix of Italian and Californian, with several by the glass.
