The venerable New Orleans-based chain stormed into Charlotte and instantly became a fixture on the SouthPark scene. The signature here is sizzling, buttered-up steaks, but the few seafood entrees (such as ahi tuna stacked with lump crabmeat) are standouts, as well. As opposed to the utter seriousness of some beef joints, this one puts the emphasis on good times.
