WHAT Bella Ropa WHO While visiting her parents at their lake home, Amy Crane realized the need for a high-end women's boutique in the Lake Norman area. Armed with experience working at other upscale shops, Crane drew inspiration from her travels abroad to open Bella Ropa (Spanish for "pretty clothes") in Birkdale Village earlier this year.
VIBE Soft yellow walls, large antique pieces, and hardwood floors were all inspired by the interiors of some of Crane's favorite boutiques in France and Spain.SPEND Pair the yellow Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent ruffle front racer back blouse ($198) with the Pascale trouser by Anlo ($205) for a perfect Saturday shopping ensemble. Or pick up the Jessica clutch by Julie K ($238) for a night out with the girls.
