Better With Bacon
Terrace Café’s Bacon Bloody Mary ($8) is a smoky twist on this standby. The combination of a fruity and almost sweet tomato base along with the smooth hickory-smoke taste of bacon makes for an unusual—and delicious—Bloody Mary experience. Belly Up To The Bar
The Bloody Mary bar ($7) at Dandelion Market offers a choice of house blends or vegetable juice as a base for mix-ins such as onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, celery salt, and chili powder. On the menu at Bad Daddy’s, the Bloody Mary ($10) is marked with a star for spicy—and this drink is definitely not for the faint of heart. Absolut Peppar, Zing Zang Bloody Mary mix, and horseradish are mixed and poured over ice, under a rim garnished with lemon pepper and traditional celery salt.
