This month Charlotte's favorite nail bar chain is opening a new store in Phillips Place. Polished, the ultramodern nail spa that already has locations in South End and Myers Park, offers organic skin-care treatments and nail services. At the new location look for Polished's "flavor bar," which has skin products in flavors such as chocolate and pomegranate that you can use to design your own customized mani/pedi experience.
