Willie Simspon, quoted in The Charlotte Observer, asking the Mecklenburg County commissioners to work with Charlotte City Council to pass a ban on wearing saggy pants, a trend found among many young males. A small town in Louisiana passed a ban, and a few larger cities, including Atlanta, are considering similar measures.
