Beginning February 2010, the boot camp at Pilates with a Twist offers an hour-and-a-half session full of various cardio activities such as jumping rope and running drills coupled with fat-burning exercises such as lunges and push-ups. The result? Not only a buff bridal bod, but confidence to boot. "If you know you're fit from head to toe, you've got the confidence to rock any dress you want," says Yoder.
