Get Fit Now

Worried that your Spanx won't keep your muffin top in check on your wedding day? Then lace up your sneakers and grab a big bottle of water, because Karen Yoder's Bridal Boot Camp aims to shed your excess lbs. long before you say "I do." Beginning February 2010, the boot camp at Pilates with a Twist offers an hour-and-a-half session full of various cardio activities such as jumping rope and running drills coupled with fat-burning exercises such as lunges and push-ups. The result? Not only a buff bridal bod, but confidence to boot. "If you know you're fit from head to toe, you've got the confidence to rock any dress you want," says Yoder. The class will meet three times a week for two months. Twenty-four sessions for $600; sign up by calling 704-366-3025.
