Postscript with Nicole Bartlett
Nicole Bartlett, Public Art Program Director for the Arts & Science Council, shares the story of one of her favorite pieces of art
MIKE CARROLL
“I gained real appreciation in architecture school for the thought process that goes into a well-designed piece [of art]. I think it is something you can recognize and feel versus a piece that has just been thrown together without much thought. This piece spoke to me when I first saw it in Japan, going through hundreds of prints with a local store owner, because I like a mix of modern, mid-century styles with pops of color.”
