Aria Wine Dinner, Ilios Noche Open Sundays, Mez Relaunching

On October 11th at 7 p.m. Aria is holding a Pio Cesare Wine Dinner. The dinner, which is prepared by Chef William Shutz, will feature five courses and seven different wines. Think pairings like wild mushroom manicotti with regiano cream and basil served with Pio Cesare Barbera d’Alba 2007 and Pio Cesare Fides Barbera d’Alba 2004. And speaking of Italian fare, the popular Ilios Noche restaurant, serving modern Greek and Italian food, is now open on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. They offer the full menu as well as drink specials. For reservations call 704.814.9882.

Mez at the EpiCentre has made some updates. The restaurant has a fresh look with a new light and sound system, DJ booth, and VIP lounge areas. Plus, new chef Anoosh Shariat has created an updated menu featuring a combination of Middle Eastern ingredients with local Southern foods.
