This four course dinner, pairing Chef Scott Wallen’s cuisine with Founders’ craft brews, was supposed to be happening tonight. However, it’s been postponed due to the weathe—which means you still have a chance to make it. Now, it’s happening next Tuesday, January 18, at 7 p.m. The dinner is $55 per person and the menu includes items like braised bison short ribs and bourbon glazed duck breast. Taste the Wines of Italy at Press
