BLT Steak Welcomes Fall
New drinks, small bites, and big plates
Although it feels much more like winter than fall, BLT Steak is celebrating the autumn season with new drinks and new dishes.
New fall crafted cocktails celebrate the change in season. Enjoy the warming Manzana cocktail ($13), featuring Herradura silver tequila, crème de cassis, apple cider and lemon juice or the smooth Figaro! cocktail ($13), with Woodford Reserve Bourbon, triple sec, fig syrup and honey. Both cocktails will only be available for a limited time.
Avoid holiday stress and join BLT Steak as family comes first this Thanksgiving. For guests interested in a Thanksgiving meal with a fine dining twist, BTL Steak Charlotte will open its dining room from 3pm to 6pm on November 27. A specialty pre fixe menu prepared by Chef de Cuisine Ben Miles will include everyone’s favorite traditional dishes, with BLT Steak flare. Look forward to starters such as the butternut squash soup with brioche crouton and sage, and the ricotta gnudi with braised veal cheek and crimini mushrooms. As a main course, select from the roasted organic turkey with chestnut sausage stuffing, cranberry-grenadine sauce and rosemary gravy, roasted prime rib with garlic confit jus and caramelized onion and bacon popovers, or seared Scottish salmon with potato leek hash and lemon brown butter. Thanksgiving wouldn’t be complete without indulging in desserts such as the warm apple crisp with oatmeal streusel and cinnamon ice cream, pumpkin pie with vanilla bourbon ice cream, or caramel pecan cake with caramel ice cream. The prix fixe menu starts at $68 for adults and $40 for children.
Lastly, this is the time of year to give back. BLT Steak Charlotte is sweetening the deal to encourage guests to join them in giving back to the local community through Toys for Tots this holiday season. Guests who dine in, enjoy an entrée and donate a new, unwrapped toy at the restaurant from November 28th through December 21st will be rewarded with one complimentary BLT Steak signature dessert.
