Burlesque Revue, Business After Hours, Enso’s Anniversary Party, NFL Bash, and More this Week

There are some great social events and parties taking place this week. Below, I’ve listed just about something for everyone.
Wednesday, September 14
Red Light District
Put a racy end to your Hump Day with this event, presented by La Petite Mort Burlesque Troupe. This burlesque revue will feature special guest performers Jenn Martin, Porcelain, Sydney Vigotov, and Lips Sealed, in addition to the ladies from La Petite Mort: Beautiful Sin, Cherry Von Bomb, Ginger Lee, and Cindy Holiday. Business After Hours
The Charlotte Chamber of Commerce presents this event each month at a different venue around Charlotte. Mix, mingle, and network with other professionals—bring your business cards. Girls Night Out
Ladies, put on your LBD for a GNO and support a good cause. The evening will benefit Blair’s Foster Socks, whose mission is to provide socks to foster and homeless children. Grand Opening of Silk and Enso’s Two-Year Anniversary Party
Enso, the extravagant Asian restaurant, bar, and lounge inside EpiCentre, is celebrating its two-year anniversary as well as the opening of its newest wing, Silk. The event includes a dragon parade in the courtyard at 8 p.m., and an open bar (early) and sushi tasting. Summer Cocktails at The Duke Mansion
Kick off your weekend with a little Southern charm at this cocktail hour. Back-To-Football Bash
The Thomas Davis Defending Dreams Foundation, along with the Carolina Panther player himself, presents this annual party to celebrate the start of the NFL season. Invited guests include several of Davis’ fellow players and celebrity friends.
