Heirloom — It's all from NC!

Get ready: a new farm-to-table restaurant is ready to open its doors

For the locally-crazed, Charlotte can't get enough of the farm-to-table scene. Luckily, we'll have yet another local/sustainable/farm fresh restaurant to welcome to our city. Executive Chef Clark Barlowe will be sourcing everything at his new restaurant, Heirloom, from his home state of North Carolina.

Opening its doors on February 11, the restaurant will source from local purveyors and farmers while pulling in a global influence from Barlowe's years of working and cooking internationally. The executive chef, who attended Johnson and Wales both here in Charlotte and in Providence, RI, has had the opportunity to work at two No.1 restaurants (in the world, that is): The French Laundry and El Bulli.

The restaurant is located at 8470 Bellhaven Boulevard in Charlotte. Dinners will be served Tuesday through Sunday; lunch served Thursdays and Fridays; and brunch served Saturdays and Sundays.
