M5 Coming Soon!
Recently, a few people have landed on The Daily Buzz searching for “M5 Modern Mediterranean.” They’re looking for info on the Harper’s Restaurant Group’s newest creation. (HRG is the group behind Harper’s, Mimosa, Arpa, Zink, and Upstream.) So I thought I would provide: M5 is scheduled to open soon near the Crate&Barrel in front of SouthPark mall. Tom Condron developed the Mediterranean-influenced menu, as he did for the group’s other restaurants. Tom Sasser runs the group. He tells us, “This is cuisine that does not offer a lot of butter and cream, but more oil and herbs. Every day we’ll have a whole fish done in two ways: baked in a salt crust that is then removed or in an olive oil and lemon caper sauce.” —R.T.
