Heist Brewery rolls out a new list of fare
If you frequent the NoDa area, chances are you've made a stop at Heist Brewery. This eclectic bar and gastropub, run by Chef Rob Masone, has served up amazing and hard-to-find brews along with delicious standbys for years in this artsy district.
Tomorrow, January 14, Masone will unveil a brand new menu, full of small plates, tapas, and trendy finger food to go along with the brewery's already sterling reputation as a destination pour house. There are quite a few appetizer-like items on the menu at the moment, which will stay. However, larger entrees will be reimagined to inspire a more "shared" experience.
Although the new menu is being very tightly guarded by Masone, employees have spied miniature cast iron pots and orbs scattered throughout the kitchen. Maybe a hot bubbling stovetop mac&cheese? Or a nighttime frittata? Only time (and taste) will tell.
