New Items at Cowfish

The ever popular Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar has made some additions to its already extensive menu including four new sandwiches, which all sound pretty tasty. Here are the menu newbies—in case you need a little inspiration for your next Cowfish trip:

Crispy Calamari “T & T”
Tender domestic calamari tubes and tentacles, flash fried and served with a homemade sweet chili sauce $9

Tom Kha Gai
A sweet and spicy cocunut milk and lemongrass base, filled with grilled chicken, green beans and red peppers $5

Sandwiches
The Swiss Chick
Fresh grilled chicken breast topped with Swiss cheese, applewood bacon and tangy BBQ sauce. Served on a sesame seed bun with lettuce, tomato and onion. $11

Grilled Ono Sandwich
7 ounce Hawaiian wahoo filet grilled to perfection and topped with our signature Cowfish sauce. Served on brioche with lettuce, tomato and onion. $12

The Queen City BLT
Applewood smoked bacon, vine ripe tomatoes and iceberg lettuce served on brioche with Duke’s mayo. $8

Boursin & The Bird
Fresh grilled chicken breast topped with garlic & herb boursin cheese. Served on brioche with applewood smoked bacon and red onion. $11

Fresh salmon sourced daily, and simply grilled to perfection. Served with spring vegetables ratatouille, tamarind chutney and brown rice. $18

Tender 8 ounce filet mignon grilled to your preference, served on a bed of shoestring fried with garlic and herb boursin cheese, grilled vegetables and a drizzle of veal glace. $23

The Fresh Catch (Gluten-free)
Fresh seasonal fish sourced daily, grilled with a chive lemon butter. Served on wilted Spinach, with brown rice and grilled vegetables. Market

Eggplant Done Right (Gluten-free) (Vegetarian)
Thick slices of fresh eggplant and vine ripe tomatoes with a roasted garlic and basil sauce, topped with provolone cheese and baked fresh to order. Served on seared spinach leaves. $14
