New Menu at Urban Sip

Urban Sip, the 15th floor wine and Scotch bar at The Ritz-Carlton, has introduced a new tapas menu—and a new cocktail—this month.

The following new items are on the menu:

Marinated Piave Vecchio Cheese with Caramelized Onions
Prosciutto di Parma, Smoked Blue Cheese, Mission Fig Preserves
Ahi Tuna Tacos, Mango and Avocado Salsa
Steak Tartare, Poached Quail Egg, Toasted Brioche
Serrano Ham, Roasted Tomato, Manchego, Grilled Bread
White Bean and Warm Duck Confit Salad, Yukon Gold Chips
Urban Sip BLT : Crispy Pork Belly, Heirloom Tomato, Butter Lettuce
Parmesan French Fries, Basil Aioli

But it’s the new cocktail that should really get your attention. They’re calling it the Rooftop Honey Brand Sour and it’s made with fresh honey from the hotel’s two rooftop beehives. This little fact is not only pretty cool coming from the LEED Gold-certified hotel, but also, the rooftop honey is smooth, sweet, and delicious, which bodes well for the drink.
