Online Finds: Hong Kong Vintage

I love just about anything vintage. Unfortunately, my figure isn’t exactly vintage (I’m 5’ 10” and apparently no woman in America was over 5’6” until post 1980 as far as I can tell). So I typically end up purchasing vintage knock offs (thank you Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters). However, Charlotte has some great vintage shops and right now, those stores are packed with new items as recessionistas are clearing out their closets.

One of our favorites? Hong Kong vintage. The tiny shop in Plaza Midwood doesn’t look like much from the outside, but inside it is STUFFED with some seriously cool vintage finds. Don’t feel like making the trek out Central Avenue? Check out their eBay shop online.

Specifically, check out these seriously cool purple knee high flat boots for $40 or the plaid A-line cut pullover dress above for $36. Now those are the kind of prices we like to see.
