Paco's Tacos & Tequila New Lunch Menu & Vida Mexican Kitchen y Cantina New Brunch Menu

Two of the city’s newest Mexican restaurants have announced new menus:

At Paco’s Tacos & Tequila, you’ll find a new lunch menu complete with choices like a beef brisket sandwich with caramelized onions, American cheese, and chipotle barbecue sauce ($8), as well as a chicken chimichanga with bacon, refried beans, cheese, habanero salsa and chili con queso ($12). Other new options include vegetable fajitas ($8), spicy black bean soup ($3 cup, $5 bowl), and a Tex-Mex chicken salad wrap ($8).

Vida Mexican Kitchen y Cantina has a new brunch menu, which is offered on weekends from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Menu options include traditional Mexican fare like carne asada and eggs, and chorizo tacos. But, you’ll also find kid-friendly options like french toast sticks and scrambled eggs.
