Protest continue in Uptown Charlotte [PHOTOS]

Thursday night saw more protests in Uptown Charlotte. Demonstrators took to the streets right around rush hour, voicing concerns of racial inequality, police brutality, and the perceived dehumanization of African-Americans in the U.S. The protest ended at Romare Bearden Park with a 4 minute moment of silence for Eric Garner and Tamir Rice.

Mark Vincent, Iraq war veteran, addresses the demonstrators with his son in front of the Mecklenburg County Courthouse before marching to Romare Bearden park. 

Passerbys show support to demonstrators as they marcg along Tryon street in Uptown. 

The march ended in Romare Bearden park with a 4 minute moment of silence for Eric Garner and Tamir Rice.
