Reid's Cooking Classes
Cooking classes and events have started in the the new Reid’s location! (If you haven’t checked out the shop’s awesome cooking school kitchen, you should.) With every class there’s plenty of hands-on activity as well as eating and drinking. Think you might be interested? Here are a few upcoming classes and other events for the next month (starting tonight!). Just be sure to make reservations and pay in advance for any classes so there will be room for you. May 18, 5:30 -8 p.m. (Free) : Spanish winemaker Tolmo Rodriguez shares his portfolio and you’ll have the chance to taste a variety of his wines
May 20, all day (Free): Biltmore Estates will be offering samples of a new line up of the winery’s wines
May 22, 1-4 p.m. ($65): "Food and Wine of Italy" with Heidi Billoto
May 23, 5:30- 7 p.m. (Free): Winemaker Susana Balbo from Argentina will share her portfolio
May 28, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. ($65): "Summer Family Cookout" with Heidi Billoto
June 4, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. ($65): "Eat Well, Live Well- Fear of Frying" with Heidi Billoto
June 7, 6:30-8 p.m. ($85): "Cake College" with Tizzert’s Tiz Benson and Anita Stack
June 11, 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. ($75): "Cooking with Olive Oils" with Heidi Billoto
