San Antonio's Mexican Restaurant Open

The owners of Frank Manzetti’s Tavern, California Dreaming, and New York Prime have opened their newest restaurant in the former Morton’s Steakhouse location at SouthPark mall. Dubbed a Mexican steakhouse and tequila bar, the restaurant features daily drink specials including  $1 margaritas, $2 sangria, and $3 Coronas.

Food includes a mixture of Mexican, tex-mex, classic American, and southwestern cuisine such as table side guacamole (the now apparent prerequisite for any remotely upscale Mexican restaurant), red chili salmon, masa-crusted fried oysters, and jalapeno shrimp. The bar offers more than fifty tequilas as well as specialty margaritas.
