The Dream Home is open for viewing

The Charlotte Magazine Dream Home is officially open for viewing--and let me assure you, it is dreamy. Vicki Payne and Sloan Payne-Rutter of PBS' For Your Home decorated it, and they did a fantastic job. My favorite is the music room with baby grand underneath a dome ceiling papered with antique-looking sheet music. (At the kickoff gala, I asked the pianist if he could play something from the ceiling. He politely declined.). There's a free wine tasting tomorrow, and all proceeds from tickets go to Komen for The Cure Charlotte. Details here.
