How long have you been performing medicine? Since I graduated medical school in 1976, for thirty-two years.
What's your favorite thing about Charlotte? Charlotte has a great medical community, but probably the quality of life for my family and myself is what I like the most.
What's the hardest part about your job? Giving people bad news about their diagnosis or something they don't want to hear.
What do you do in your spare time? I do a lot of things from photography, reading, and watching old, classic movies.
What's your favorite movie? Casablanca. It's a great movie.
Healthiest/unhealthiest habit? My healthiest habit is not smoking and my unhealthiest habit is weight control.
What's your favorite meal? A good steak with a glass of Cabernet.
