A Toast to Macallan: Love your Scotch? Cowbell Burger & Bar is hosting a dinner highlighting Macallan – and there are only a few tickets left! Jeremy, the Macallan Ambassador, will lead you through the sampling, describing tasting notes and aromas, while answering any questions you may have. Kindred Restaurant Starts Lunch: Kindred has just announced that lunch service will begin on Tuesday, March 24. Daily lunches will be served from 11am to 230pm Tuesday through Saturday. Chef Joe's take on global meets southern will extend to the new lunch dishes, and the menu features items including starters, small salads, milk bread sandwiches, entrees, and desserts. Highlights include duck soup with coconut, mushroom, and sweet potato; milk bread sandwiches including a shrimp roll with North Carolina shrimp and a Chicago-style hot dog with mustard, sport peppers, and relish; BBQ seitan salad with romaine, red onion, and cilantro, falafel with yogurt cucumbers, and whole wheat naan; plus many more. Lumiere BYOB Dinner: The French restaurant in Myers Park is hosting its first BYOB dinner on Thursday, March 26, at 630 pm. Bring your own bottles and enjoy a Champagne reception and four course dinner. Tickets are $75 per person and can be purchased via the website. What to expect? The Wooden Vine is hosting a La Crema wine dinner on Tuesday, March 24: The Wooden Vine will host a six course dinner with La Crema wine pairings for $80 per person (excludes tax & gratuity). The reception starts at 6:30 pm with dinner beginning at 7 pm. Reservations are required. Dinner Lab's Crawfish Boil: On Saturday, March 21, Dinner Lab will host a crawfish boil which will be open to the public for $35 per person. Dinner Lab is a membership based social dining platform in 30 cities in the United States that unites up and coming culinary talent with consumers. Chefs cook a menu that means something to them, and diners provide critical feedback to help chefs develop and grow nascent culinary concepts. Head on out and eat some crawfish this Saturday!
