Wachovia and BofA Annual Meetings: Not as Fun as Two Years Ago

You've probably heard about the excitement at Wachovia's annual meeting today, at which angry shareholders called for CEO Ken Thompson's removal and accused the board of not being independent enough--remarks that drew applause from the audience.

BofA's annual shareholder meeting is Wednesday, and if this guy knows anything, it's going to be quite the party, too. Musicians and street theater! Now that's a protest even the Arts and Science Council can love!
