Bridal Fashion: Carol Hannah, The Wedding Collection

As a Project Runway junkie and one of Carol Hannah Whitfield’s biggest fans (I’d die to have drinks with her one day), I’m crushing hard on her bridal collection, appropriately named The Wedding Collection.

In true Carol Hannah design style she’s designed gorgeous gowns with hand-pleated ruffles, layers of tulle and crinoline, and simple silhouettes that are anything but boring with sweet details of covered buttons, hints of color, and modern one-shoulder styles.

Each style named after a Charleston, South Carolina street, additional accessories like the Champagne Wishes Shoe Clips and Hair Accessory and the Twinkle Belt accompany the collection of fifteen bridal gowns.

Bridesmaid dresses in flirty styles and silk chiffon and jersey knit boast interesting details like the cascading draped points on the Smith Street dress. Each one ensures your girls won’t be thinking "I can’t wait to throw this dress away."
