How They Met:
Andy actually found me on MySpace when we both lived in Jacksonville FL. I moved to the US from Slovakia only two months before that and was super shy and afraid to meet him at our first date at Starbucks on March 8th 2007. We talked for hours and fell in love that weekend. We’ve been together for almost four years now.
The Proposal:
Andy proposed to me on Saturday, October 2nd, 2010. He came to pick me up at work (Johnson & Wales University) and had our song playing (Wouldn’t it be Nice by the Beach Boys). He hired a photographer to take pictures of the proposal and to follow us around downtown and take some more pictures there. He also had a horse and carriage waiting for us. He got down on one knee and proposed in Slovak. It was the most romantic night of my life.
