More drama for The Penguin

Well, there's more drama surrounding The Penguin. Writer Jeremy Markovich wrote about the last round of controversy for us back in 2011, and since then, the eatery has gotten a few trademarks (see Penguin Fried Pickles™ and The Penguin Drive-In™ on the restaurant's website)…and apparently has had some recent trouble with its landlord.
