The Vibe
The Fillmore, known for drawing hot music acts to Charlotte, offers a chic, dramatic effect, with crystal chandeliers, red velvet curtains, and hardwood floors. You can also rent the Factory's outdoor courtyard for an outdoor ceremony, which, with industrial, concrete surroundings, adds edge to an otherwise romantic occasion.

The Cost
The front courtyard rental fee starts at $2,500, but renting out the Fillmore for a night starts between $5,000 and $7,500. If you want to start the festivities outside, plan on seating between 400 and 600 people for a ceremony. The Fillmore seats 320 for dinner, but can hold up to 2,000 for a standing reception.

What's Been Done?
It's new enough that it hasn't even been used for a wedding yet, meaning your canvas is clean. Previous private events, however, have included neon lighting and simple, white flowers.

The Cool Factor
The complex — a former textile mill on the historical register — is full of industrial elements that guests walk through to arrive at the different spaces: concrete floors, exposed ceiling pipes, and darkened entryways. With the posh, Hollywood-party atmosphere, guests may forget they're headed to a wedding.

Before & After
The best part? On-site entertainment for after the festivities. Butter, Wet Willies, Black Bear saloon, and Halo are just around the corner.
