360 Bistro On Fire
The hottest pizza around...

On July 14, 360 Bistro opened on University Center Blvd and has been enjoying excellent reviews for its food and drinks from the early bird to late night crowd.
Of course, what got my attention more than anything else was the Six Alarm Pizza. This hell-fire entree is host to ghost chili pepper jack cheese, mozzarella cheese (how kind of them), fresh habaneros, fresh jalapenos, crushed red pepper, and grilled chicken. If you aren't familiar with the ghost chili, let it be known that most chefs who work with them will deck themselves out in gloves and occassionally BREATHING MASKS to protect from the pepper's intense spice.
Aside from the burn-your-tastebuds-off option, 360 Bistro's chef, Anthony De Mello, offers everything from salads to pastas, to burgers to full on stick-to-your-ribs entrees. There's also a healthy amount of seafood via the raw bar, which offers diners everything from oysters to marsala cream mussels.
A food joint in the university area also needs to offer a wide variety of drinks, and 360 has you covered from every angle (yes, I did). Cocktails range from classics like a Gentleman's Old Fashioned to the innovative, like the Hornet with Grey Goose Le Melon, St Germain Elder Flower, and lime juice, all shaken and topped with club soda and blue carisol. Drafts highlight local favorites from NoDa and Old Meck.
Head over to the northern side of the city for a taste of just about anything and an all around (more puns) good time!
