Horizon Eye Care consistently earns the distinction of being the premier provider of eye care in the Charlotte area. While Horizon’s singular focus is on the eyes, the overall well-being of our patients is always at the forefront of our practice.

Established in 1997, Horizon Eye Care includes 18 board certified ophthalmologists and three optometrists, assisted by a staff known for compassion, respect and integrity. The practice’s physicians are the best and brightest in the eye care industry.

Services at Horizon range from cataract surgery and LASIK to specialized care for cornea, glaucoma and retina conditions. Horizon even offers surgical procedures such as brow lift and blepharoplasty as well as and non-surgical cosmetic procedures including dermal fillers and BOTOX® with experienced oculoplastics experts on staff.

In September of 2022, Horizon Eye Care expanded our service to South Carolina by opening a new location in Rock Hill. In that same month, we welcomed Dr. Pujan Dave to our extensive ophthalmology team, practicing in Rock Hill and Waverly. Dr. Dave is an expert in cataract and glaucoma surgery, including all minimally invasive techniques and new devices.
