Why it’s his go-to: Cyros has great sushi, it’s near work and has a relaxing atmosphere. It’s nice to unwind with a beer and a plate of assorted rolls.
What he orders: The Trio of Wasabi Roll, the Avante Garde and the Hamachi Jalapeno

Why it’s his go-to: I worked with Frank [Deal], the owner, years ago, and I like to support his business. I also enjoy the roll-up doors that let the fresh air in.
What he orders: The Grilled Chicken Sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato, onion, and spicy mustard
