Chris and Sue Edwards serve Southern cuisine with flair but without kitsch. Traditional Southern sides (smoky collards, creamed corn) are excellent. A long and oft-changing list of small and big plates includes gussied-up Lowcountry favorites like shrimp and grits with sausage and big-city entrees like organic salmon in an orange vinaigrette.
