Charlotte Restaurants Open on Thanksgiving 2023
For those who prefer to dine out on turkey day

IF YOU’D RATHER LEAVE the cooking to someone else this holiday, here are several Charlotte restaurants that will be open on November 23 to host your Thanksgiving Dinner. Just book your reservation, show up, and bring your appetite. Then leave the cleanup—and stress—behind.
Church & Union

Church & Union offers guests a pre-fixe, three-course Thanksgiving menu with both traditional and chef-inspired options. $65 per person and $30 for children 12 and under, plus tax and gratuity. The regular a la carte menu will NOT be available. There is a 48 hour $25 per person cancellation fee for the holiday.
The Asbury

Head to the Dunhill Hotel for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner at the Asbury. Fill up on family-style appetizers and sides and your choice of entrée and dessert. $45 for adults; $15 for children 12 and younger.

Come for a traditional holiday dinner with all the trimmings. Turkey with gravy, cranberry chutney, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie tartlets are all on the menu. Adults are $50 and children are $20. And if you’d rather abandon tradition in favor of lobster, the full seafood menu will be available as well.

For $56 per guest, the pre-fixe Thanksgiving menu includes lobster bisque, herb-roasted turkey, family-style sides, and desserts that include pumpkin cheesecake and chocolate gooey butter cake. For ardent steak eaters, the main dining menu is also available, and children can enjoy a three-course meal for $26.

Angeline’s will offer a decadent Thanksgiving Day prix fixe menu featuring Slow Roasted Pumpkin Soup, Harvest Salad, Herb Roasted Turkey served with Gravy and Cranberry Agrodolce Marmalade, alongside a hearty spread of sides such as Roasted and Charred Brussels Sprouts tossed with Heirloom Gem Tomatoes, Bacon and Chili Jam, Mashed Roasted Sweet Potatoes topped with Toasted Marshmallows and Candy Pecans, House Made Focaccia Bread, and Sautéed French Green Beans. And for dessert, a selection of house made Pie Bars including Apple Pie, Pecan and Caramel and Traditional Pumpkin, also served with Assorted Fall Flavors of Chocolate Truffles. Pricing: $45 per person, $25 for kids 5–12, and kids under five are free.
In addition to the prix fixe menu, a non-Thanksgiving limited dinner menu will be available and the restaurant will also be open for breakfast from 8-10 a.m. on the 23rd.

You don’t have to be a hotel guest to have Thanksgiving dinner at BLT Steak, located inside the Ritz-Carlton. They are offering a traditional roasted turkey plate of sausage stuffing, green beans, cranberries and gravy + choice of mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes or creamed spinach for $64 per person.
