THE ANNUAL Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association Tournament is taking place in Charlotte for the 12th consecutive year, with events scheduled from Monday, February 20 to Sunday, February 26, 2017. The CIAA Tournament includes five days of men’s and women’s college basketball games at Bojangles' Coliseum and Spectrum Center. Social events and parties surrounding the tournament create additional excitement and draw tens of thousands of visitors to the city.

Below is a list of events scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 25. Please use the website listed for each event to verify information. Advance tickets can be purchased through many of the websites as well.

*McDonald’s Super Saturday

Recess at Vida Day Party

DJ Red Alert's RSVP Saturday Day Party

The Best D@%# Day Party Period

For the past six years, this party has taken up residence in a huge Uptown tent. This year it moves inside and outside. Music by Deron Juan. Presented by The A List, A.C.T. The Literary Experience: Tournament Edition

This second annual event features African American women writers, including two bestselling authors and JuJu of VH1's Love and Hip Hop. *CIAA Post-Tournament Concert Featuring Tony Terry

105.3 FM Live Broadcast Party and Comedy Show After Party

Old School 105.3 FM will broadcast live with radio host Rae Style and music by DJ Polo.
