Each year since the CIAA Tournament has been held in Charlotte, the celebrity names that are paid to come to the city to host parties get bigger. The list of celebs is overwhelmingly dominated by hip hop and R&B stars (new and old-school), but there are also a few actors and actresses, including some of your love-to-hate reality TV cast members. Many of the artists will also perform at their events.
