CMP Charity of the Day: Friendship Trays

Think of it as Charlotte's version of Meals on Wheels. Friendship Trays is a home-delivered meal program, delivering meals daily throughout Charlotte-Mecklenburg to needy residents. Most meals are delivered by a corps of volunteers, 1300+ strong.
They deliver meals Monday through Friday and use 100 volunteers a day. —Rachel Clapp, WCNC
